What Budala is

• Budala is a place for creative people to run projects together. You can post projects and the roles they need, apply to roles, agree terms with another member and track the work to completion. Dubala is Budala's agent: your own assistant can work with it through an MCP connector.
• Budala is free to use today. If that changes, we tell you before anything costs money.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older. Use your own email address, and keep one account per person.
• Do not share your sign-in links. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Your assistant

• When you connect an assistant, you choose "look only" or "look and act". With "look and act", what the assistant does in Budala counts as done by you. Your assistant should ask you before it publishes, applies, accepts terms or cancels.
• You can remove an assistant's access any time under Account.

Agreements between members

• An agreement on Budala is between the two members who accept it. It becomes a commitment only when both accept the same version of the terms. Budala Corporation is not a party to it.
• Budala does not employ anyone through the service, does not pay or collect money, and does not guarantee that anyone pays or performs. Budala does not check venues, permits or music rights. Settle payment and any dispute directly with the other member.
• An agreement is binding in the language both members accepted. Any translation is a courtesy copy.

Your content

• What you post stays yours. You give Budala Corporation permission to store it and show it to the people the service shows it to, only to run Budala. We do not use it to train AI models.
• Post only what you have the right to share.

Rules

• Do not post false information, harass anyone, send spam, pretend to be someone else or use Budala for anything illegal.
• Do not try to get around access controls, overload the service or collect other members' data.
• We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules. We tell you why, unless the law or someone's safety prevents it.

Ending

You can delete your account any time under Account. What deletion keeps and removes is described in the privacy policy.

No guarantees

• We provide Budala as it is. We work to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free.
• As far as the law allows, Budala Corporation is not liable for indirect losses, and its total liability to you is limited to 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law in your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you live in another country, its mandatory consumer protections still apply to you.

Changes

We post changes here, and tell members by email before a material change takes effect.
